As President, my responsibility is to integrate and align the company’s strategic vision with day-to-day operations, ensuring that every action we take reflects our values and benefits our customers. This alignment enhances the quality, service, and reliability of our products, ensuring our customers receive the value they deserve both in product quality and in relationships. By leading and instilling organizational excellence, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a customer-centric culture, my work helps build trust, satisfaction, and loyalty, leading to long-term growth for both our customers and the organization.
Career & life experiences that make me better at my job:
I’ve had the opportunity to serve in diverse leadership roles across various industries, which has equipped me with a broad perspective and the ability to connect and integrate different functions, driving alignment toward our goals. Experiences in crisis management, turnarounds, high-growth environments, and entrepreneurial ventures have taught me adaptability, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset—qualities essential for navigating uncertainty and achieving sustainable, repeatable, and scalable growth. Importantly, I recognize that these accomplishments were not achieved alone; I’ve consistently surrounded myself with wise counsel, mentorship, and accountability. My passion for building strong relationships and mentoring others has helped me foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
On a personal level, my faith journey and involvement with family and community have instilled values such as humility, integrity, courage, servitude, and grit, which guide my decision-making and leadership style. These combined experiences have shaped a personal vivid life vision to strive towards and continues to make me a more intentional, compassionate, adaptable, and effective leader, capable of leading and serving with vision and purpose.

I enjoy meeting people and establishing great relationships on behalf of Prinsco and my sales team. My job is to support their work in whatever way I can in order to help customers have the best experience possible.
Career & life experiences that make me better at my job:
I grew up in this business, which gives me a deep sense of appreciation and responsibility to its history, values and reputation. As a third generation owner, I am excited about the way we are building on our foundation and continuing to grow. I am also a husband and father, which keeps me balanced and focused on what’s most important!
Mark Johnson

Ways my work helps customers:
As the Vice President of Operations I have responsibility for all of Prinsco’s manufacturing facilities, yards, transportation, and our supply chain. Our focus in operations is to provide the best quality product for our customers, when they need it and without any mistakes. I take a lot of pride in the fact that all of our Prinsco team members strive to live our values of hard work, integrity, and relationships every day because it is who we are and it is what our customers expect….“One Prinsco.”
Career & life experiences that make me better at my job:
I have had a broad range of career experiences ranging from being a Police Officer to a Safety Manager, to a Black Belt Lean Manager, to a Plant Manager of a large food production facility. These career experiences have given me some unique life experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today. I believe that hard work and accountability are key foundations to success but also know you cannot excel in business or in life without a strong team.

I seek to understand our customer needs to ensure Prinsco has the appropriate resources deployed in order to provide the best possible service and experience.
Career & life experiences that make me better at my job:
I grew up on a farm in southwest Minnesota where I learned hard work, family responsibility, and creative problem solving. I developed these qualities by playing sports, driving farm equipment, picking rocks, and walking beans.
Professionally, I have worked for some exceptional companies including Grant Thornton, The Schwan Food Company, Nordic Ware, EDCO Products, and FAST Global Solutions. I was responsible for turning the company’s vision into reality through prioritizing strategic initiatives, allocating the appropriate resources, building high performing teams, and providing facts on financials.
Blake Johnston
Vice President of Sales

I enjoy spending time growing and retaining customer relationships to better understand their needs as part of the relentless pursuit to improve the customer experience. My focus is sharing true intentions, internally and externally, through actions and communication.
Career & life experiences that make me better at my job:
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, I’ve been fortunate to have lived and worked in customer facing roles throughout the US and Canada, gaining valuable insights across the regions. I began my career as an individual contributor and now enjoy developing and collaborating with high-functioning teams focused on serving customers; while encouraging growth, commitment, and engagement within the team. I believe every person counts and their contributions have meaning and value.

My passion is for people! My job is to help foster and grow Prinsco’s amazing culture and take care of our team members so they can focus on what they do best – making quality products and taking great care of our customers!
Career & life experiences that make me better at my job:
I grew up in small-town Nebraska and learned the value of hard work, strong relationships, and integrity from an early age. I began my career in public service and grew through large retailers in the outdoors and clothing industries, and large and start-up manufacturing companies. These organizations allowed me to develop a broad background in Human Resources, Project Management, Change, and Lean Manufacturing, which I love putting to work every day!
