Career and life experiences that make me better at my job:

I grew up on a farm that raised sugar beets, wheat, barley and soybeans. I put in many long hours running machinery at a young age and have a great appreciation for the hard work, commitment and patience that it takes to be a successful farmer. I also have worked in manufacturing and have a great respect for plant personnel that put in the consistent work to make a great product.

I enjoy being a trusted advisor to my customers and seeing the results of a successful project. Doing everything I can to get the right product they need, when they need it creates a great partnership.
